Actually, the use of natural cedar is just one aspect of what makes for such an enjoyable Rustic Natural Cedar experience. There's also the expert craftsmanship and quality control standards in the furniture-making process; the attention to detail in our billing department; the careful handling in our shipping and receiving area; and, of course, our overall willingness to do what it takes to ensure a satisfied customer.



Take our warranties, for example.

Our Cedar Looks furniture line comes with a 5—year Manufacturers Limited Warranty and our other products come with a Limited One Year Warranty. If we can prove any piece of furniture is defective due to improper workmanship and/or material, we will replace that part or the whole product, at no charge.


Like with most products, under certain circumstances, our warranties won't remain in effect. Our warranties do not cover defects caused by modification, alteration or repair of the product or product part by anyone other than the manufacturer. Product physical abuse or misuse, or product use or assembly in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions also will render the warranties null and void.
